It’s known as the silent killer. . . Chances are you have clients or someone close to you who has Diabetes mellitus (MEL-ih-tus), or simply, diabetes. Our keynote speaker is Franco Reyna, MD, Associate Director Latino Programs at the American Diabetes Association. You’ll learn about the symptoms, prevention of diabetes, clear up some myths as what causes diabetes and the latest treatment protocols. This is going to be one of most important lectures that you don’t want to miss.

Gray is from the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and will lecture on the Foundation’s developments and their ground-breaking prevention programs and bold policy initiatives to promote health and create sustainable progress against HIV this is important information we need to know as electrologist.

We had so much fun the last time we thought we’d do it again!

Itinerary is as follows:
April 29, 2011-Friday- at 5:30 PM the Carnival Paradise departs Los Angeles pier (Long Beach), CA
April 30th-Saturday- at 9:00 AM the Carnival Paradise arrives in Ensenada Mexico. Explore the beautiful city of Ensenada, filled with old world charm, shopping and great restaurants. Departs at 6:00 PM
May 1st – Sunday- EAC Symposium- lectures. Schedule to be announced later.
May 2- Monday- Arrive back at the pier in Los Angeles at 8:00 AM
EAC discounted price for our members and non-members:
Inside Cabin: $250.00 per person. Double occupancy per room.
Ocean View Cabin: $280.00 per person. Double occupancy per room.
Taxes: $128.87
Ground transportation from LAX: $26.00 each way.
Ground transportation from Long Beach $19.00 each way.
A possible surcharge of $7-$9pp may be added if fuel increases drastically.

Deposit: $100.00 per person deposit is due by 11/30/10.
