Welcome to the website of the Electrologists' Association of California, Inc. This website is provided by the membership of the EAC, as a combined project of the Northern & Southern Chapters, for the benefit of its members and the general public.

The Electrologists' Association of California (EAC) was incorporated in June 1948. It was formed by a few electrologists who wanted a say in how their profession was regulated in California and to have a place to discuss subjects related to their practices. Providing information, support and education to the electrologists of California . The association remains a member-run organization. It is affiliated with the largest association for electrologists in the world, the American Electrology Association (AEA). Together, the associations provide members with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of all aspects of their profession as well as offering the strength of an association.

The EAC is dedicated to providing its members with the latest information and education so they can compete in a fair market with the highest level of knowledge and confidence. The EAC offers seminars, newsletters and meetings to ensure continuing education in the field of electrolysis. The EAC promotes standards in education, sterilization and continued training for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare is invaluable to the field of electrolysis and all electrologists.

Historical Review

We have compiled a list of all presidents of the Electrologists' Association of California (EAC) Southern, Northern and Orange County Chapters. In the historical documents reviewed we found that many of the dates were not available. EAC was incorporated June 21,1948. That same year the association was established. Our first president and founder was Ethel Rifkin.
